This role requires high accuracy, accountability, and the ability to handle end-to-end financial operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting and financial management: Manage and oversee end-to-end accounting using Zoho Books, finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, handling invoicing, receivables, payables, and reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, supporting budgeting and financial planning, and generating MIS reports with financial insights.
- Payroll and expense management: Oversee payroll processing through Zoho Payroll, ensure accuracy in salary structure, deductions, and payouts, and manage expense tracking and reimbursements through Zoho Expense.
- Statutory compliance: Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances, ensure timely challan generation and return filings, manage TDS filings, Form 16, and compliance documentation, coordinate with auditors for audit readiness, and stay updated with statutory law changes.
- Client-facing responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, provide advisory on accounting, payroll, and compliance matters, handle client queries and escalations with timely resolution, support implementation of Zoho Books, Payroll, and Expense for clients, and guide clients on process improvements and system usage.

- Zoho Books
- Zoho Payroll
- Zoho Expense
- Zoho Billing
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (verbal & written)
