Key Account Executive Role
Foster and manage client relationships while supporting business growth. Prepare presentations and sales pitches; contribute to marketing strategies and media proposals; handle client communications and reporting; and communicate client requirements effectively to internal teams. Support budget tracking, spending, and revenue monitoring, while explaining cost factors to clients when required. Identify potential business opportunities with existing and new clients, including upselling and cross-selling services.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure while managing multiple priorities and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support
- Prepare and assist in presentations, sales pitches, marketing strategies, and media proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for business growth, including upselling and cross-selling services
- Prepare client reports, meeting notes (MoMs), and follow-up updates
- Maintain project trackers and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
- Create project documents such as estimates, proposals, briefs, and timelines
- Ensure quality checks, including proofreading and adherence to client guidelines
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights
- Respond to client queries promptly and ensure effective communication
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of marketing, advertising, or sales processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Educational Qualification
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in client servicing, or account management.
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field
- Freshers with strong internships/project experience and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply

- Experience working in an agency or client servicing role
- Exposure to presentations, client communication, and stakeholder management
