Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Oversee business office operations for two facilities
- Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Ensure accurate Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing processes
- Supervise and support business office staff at both locations
- Handle resident trust accounts and financial records
- Collaborate with Administrators and corporate teams on financial performance
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Previous Business Office Manager experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing
- Experience with AR management and collections
- Familiarity with systems such as PointClickCare preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
