Indexed description

For our Client, a global leader in advanced technical chemicals and damping, sealing, and bonding technologies, we are seeking an experienced expert to lead a strategic portfolio within the Home Appliances segment in Poland. This role is designed for a business-mature manager who thrives in consultative selling and prefers building long-term, high-value partnerships with major OEM manufacturers over aggressive "cold-call" hunting.

Responsibilities:

  • OEM portfolio management: maintaining and expanding strategic relationships with top-tier Home Appliance producers (market leaders) and their key sub-suppliers,
  • technical consulting: acting as a trusted advisor to R&D, Engineering, and Procurement departments to optimize their products through the implementation of cutting-edge damping and bonding technologies,
  • project lifecycle management: overseeing the entire process from the RFQ phase and technical specification defining, through contract negotiations, to supervising serial implementation within production plants,
  • EMEA regional collaboration: reporting directly to international structures (a work model based on high autonomy and a lack of micromanagement),
  • market monitoring: analyzing trends within the Home Appliances industry and competitor activities to build a sustainable technological advantage.

Requirements:

  • minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in Senior KAM roles, ideally within technical chemicals, industrial materials, or OEM components (experience in Automotive or Industrial Appliances is a significant plus),
  • technical education, a degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, enabling seamless communication with clients' technical departments,
  • OEM expertise, proven track record of working with factories, manufacturing processes, and the procurement structures of large capital groups, experience in long-cycle project sales,
  • fluency in English, essential for daily cooperation within an international environment,
  • high autonomy and ownership: we are looking for a self-driven individual capable of building lasting relationships and managing their own time effectively,
  • willingness to travel - approximately 10% of working time (primarily domestic travel to production plants, with occasional international trips).

We offer:

  • stable employment based on a contract of employment within a world-renowned organization,
  • attractive bonus system - an annual incentive scheme that significantly exceeds market standards,
  • company car for private use and a full set of high-end office equipment,
  • professional onboarding, the initial months include intensive support and hands-on process training directly at production sites to ensure you become an expert in the offered technology,
  • ownership model, complete autonomy in managing your designated area without micromanagement,
  • culture of trust, joining a results-oriented team that values innovation and "out-of-the-box" thinking.
