Description

This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and managing a team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports alongside a Senior Manager.
  • Identify improvement areas for team members and ensure work orders progress smoothly.
  • Support SLA compliance and client relationships, including answering client inquiries.
  • Proactively analyze work orders, monitor SLA adherence, and review proposals for accuracy.
  • Develop positive client relationships, manage escalations, and host client calls as needed.
  • Oversee work order finances, review profitability, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager on team and client initiatives.
  • Demonstrate self-management and perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Account Management

Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction a plus.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills necessary.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

This position works in an environment with moderate noise level. (Examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic). Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery. Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as telephone. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. Ability to read and understand work instructions.
