The Account Executive sells repair services and service agreements across mechanical and HVAC systems for Commercial and Industrial customers. This role focuses on delivering practical, value-driven solutions that improve building performance and long-term reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across service offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain an active pipeline
- Conduct site visits, assess system needs, and develop tailored proposals
- Partner with internal teams to support pricing, execution, and customer success
- Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and territory management
- 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC and mechanical services,
- Proven ability to close new business and grow existing accounts
- Experience selling service agreements and technical solutions
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- A self-starter with a strong hunter mentality
- Ability to build relationships and drive new opportunities
- Organized, accountable, and results-oriented
