End User Services Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Covington, KY, for an End User Services Technician. The role involves providing technical support to end users, maintaining and repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The technician will also deliver excellent customer service, assist with field service tasks, and ensure the optimal performance of systems and equipment within the organization.

• Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of technical equipment and systems.
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site equipment and system servicing.
• Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support end users in a professional manner.
• Technical certifications or an associate degree in a relevant field are preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in maintenance and repair work is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mining environment is a plus.
