Commercial Lead

This is a contract role for a Commercial Lead, based on-site in Delhi, OH. The Commercial Lead will oversee commercial operations, manage client relationships, and ensure that projects meet both budgetary expectations and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing project proposals, negotiating contracts, supervising procurement processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and maintaining financial records to streamline project execution.

• Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis
• Strong skills in contract negotiation, vendor management, and procurement
• Proficiency in project management and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of construction methods, with an emphasis on precast and DfMA principles
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in using financial and project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in the construction or precast industry is highly beneficial
