Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead
Job Location : Cincinnati, OH
Front End: Salesforce Mobile SDK, React
Good to have: Redux, Smart Store DB (or Similar)
The Core Development Architect serves as the primary visionary for enterprise grade digital transformations across Sales Service and Experience Clouds
You are responsible for defining the technical roadmap and ensuring that complex system landscapes remain scalable secure and highly performant
This role requires a deep mastery of Apex and Lightning Web Components to design sophisticated frameworks that handle highvolume data and intricate business logic
You will oversee the end-to-end integration strategy connecting Salesforce with third-party systems using modern API protocols and middleware
Expertise in the Salesforce Mobile SDK is essential to architect seamless handheld experiences while proficiency in Salesforce Maps is required to build location intelligent solutions
As a gatekeeper of code quality you will establish robust CICD pipelines using GitHub to streamline deployments
Your day to day involves collaborating with executive stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business goals ensuring every architectural decision supports longterm agility
You must possess a rare blend of technical depth and strategic foresight to mitigate technical debt while pushing the boundaries of what is possible on the Salesforce platform
