The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day shipping, receiving, warehouse organization, and inventory accuracy activities within our manufacturing facility.
You’ll work closely with production, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure materials and finished goods move efficiently throughout the facility and are accurately tracked within our systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, inventory control, and ERP systems while contributing to a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Prepare and package finished goods for outbound shipment
- Load and unload materials safely using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment
- Accurately enter inventory transactions into company systems
- Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory storage areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Label, stage, and move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
- Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight providers
- Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and communicate issues when identified
- Maintain shipping and inventory records in an organized and accurate manner
- Support production teams by ensuring materials are available and staged as needed
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse efficiency and organization
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, manufacturing, or logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers and learning ERP or inventory systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to solve problems and follow through on tasks independently
- Previous forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is helpful, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to work safely around moving equipment in a warehouse and production environment
