Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 USD per annum
Responsibilities
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our recruitment efforts and play a crucial part in building a high-performing team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse and high-calibre talent for our consulting practice.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Partnering closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and define role specifications.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social media, and industry events.
- Enhancing our employer brand to position BLUE HARBOUR CONSULTING LTD as an employer of choice.
- Analysing recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to track performance and inform future strategy.
- Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Staying current with recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition function.
- Demonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or in a similar senior recruiting role.
- Experience recruiting within the professional services or consulting industry is highly advantageous.
- A deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment technologies.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
