Business Development Executive

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in Delhi, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain and build relationships with potential clients, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor IT solutions based on client requirements. Responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, conducting research on market trends, and achieving sales targets while representing VSAM Technologies' core values and mission.

• Proven skills in business development, account management, and relationship building
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of IT solutions, such as network, security, cloud, and data center technologies
• Strong analytical and research skills for understanding market trends and client needs
• Knowledge of consultative sales techniques and the ability to customize IT solutions for clients
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the IT services or technology sector is highly desirable
