Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation for complex projects.
- Provide leadership and oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program.
- Manage punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and oversee start-up and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors.
- 3–5 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.
- Proven ability to manage workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and resolve field engineering challenges.
- Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for managing client and trade partner relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and QA/QC processes.
