Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Support projects from early planning through closeout, assisting with estimating, coordination, and execution
- Review plans and specifications to help develop budgets, scopes, and takeoffs
- Assist with subcontractor bidding, scope coordination, and buyout processes
- Track and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Help maintain project schedules and support budget tracking
- Coordinate with industry professionals to keep work moving
- Participate in project meetings and communicate updates across the team
- Assist with procurement and tracking of materials and long-lead items
- Support jobsite efforts, including site walks, issue resolution, and quality checks
- Assist with project closeout and final documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-4 years of experience in construction project management or related role preferred, including co-op/internship experience
- Experience working with project management software such as MS Project or Procore preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
