Application Support Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

General Overview

This position focused on ongoing support, administration, and operational integrity of enterprise business applications and workflow automation tools. You will be responsible for ensuring applications are properly configured, consistently available, and delivering reliable results.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for designated applications, automated processes, and business workflows.
• Administer and update application configurations, process flows, and business login in accordance with organizational needs, industry standards, and vendor guidance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and configuration issues.
• Continuously observe application performance and output to detect anomalies, recurring issues, and potential reliability risks.
• Conduct change impact assessments before implementing configuration or workflow modifications.
• Adhere to defined change control procedures and governance protocols.
• Engage with third-party vendors regarding bugs, configuration concerns, platform upgrades and system changes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, process flows, application dependencies, and known behaviors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of Application Support or similar experience
• Demonstrated track record supporting and configuring diverse business ERP and CRM applications.
• Familiarity with Financial Services or other heavily regulated industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands on experience administering various ERP/CRM platforms.

Compensation: $62K - $78K
