Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns centered around soccer seasons, product launches, tournaments, and in-store promotions
- Coordinate and schedule engaging content for social media platforms and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the graphic design department on print and digital collateral
- Assist with maintaining the company website, including product highlights, blog content, and event information
- Assist with in-store activations with partners and vendors
- Track and analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics
- Conduct market research on soccer trends, brands, and competitors
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (sports or retail experience preferred)
- Passion for soccer and familiarity with soccer culture, products, and terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, without sacrificing attention to detail
- Experience working with sports teams, clubs, or retail environments
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of digital advertising and analytics tools
- Photography or videography experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
