Technosoft Engineering is seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site position in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts to foster long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively with potential and existing clients, developing strategies to enter new markets, and nurturing partnerships to drive business growth.

• Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business strategy development and execution
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Familiarity with the engineering or technology services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
