This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for a Junior Human Resources Manager. The individual will support HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. They will assist in creating HR policies, developing team-building initiatives, and addressing employee relations, while promoting a positive workplace culture within a fast-growing organization.

• Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements
• Skills in employee engagement, team-building, and conflict resolution
• Ability to manage performance reviews and support professional development programs
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with HR software or tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
