A growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a highly visible operation supporting engineered industrial products in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

Compensation target: Up to $190K base + bonus

What You’ll Own

• Plant operations across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost
• Continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
• Workforce optimization and operational flow improvements
• Backlog reduction and throughput improvement
• Leadership of production, engineering, quality, safety, and warehouse teams
• Cross-functional partnership with supply chain, customer service, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Plant leadership experience within industrial manufacturing
• High-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement background
• Experience improving operational efficiency and productivity
• Strong floor presence and hands-on leadership style
• Ability to lead culture change within an established operation
• Engineering background preferred
