This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing and Payroll Specialist located in Farmington Hills, MI. The Billing and Payroll Specialist will manage and oversee the billing process, ensuring accurate client invoicing and efficient client billing operations. Responsibilities also include performing payroll-related tasks, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting communication with clients to resolve billing inquiries.
- Proficiency in Billing Process and Client Billing management
- Experience in Invoicing and maintaining accuracy in billing systems
- Background in basic Accounting principles and practices
- Excellent Communication skills for client and team interactions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel and accounting systems
- High-level organizational and multitasking skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
