The Role

Description

  • Drive the full sales cycle by converting inbound leads and generating new business through proactive outreach.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our e-commerce platform through personalized solutions.
  • Negotiate and close high-impact deals with B2B clients across various industries.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to client onboarding.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the field.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field sales.
  • Strong track record of proactive lead generation and hunting for new business.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high levels of self-discipline and result-orientation.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing or e-commerce ecosystem - advantage.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset - advantage.
