Full-Time In-Office Bookkeeper/Admin for our property management company.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team in office in Auburn Hills, MI. 2181 E walton Blvd Auburn Hills MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week in office.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Use Appfolio as our main software
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks (AP/AR, data entry, reconciliations)
- Assist with reporting and basic financial organization
- Support the team with administrative and accounting needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Extremely organized and reliable
- Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems
- Comfortable with technology, including cloud-based tools Strong Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, organization)
- Prior bookkeeping experience preferred
