This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clinicians, clinic leadership, operational/logistics teams, and healthcare partners with whom we already have active agreements and collaborations. Success in this role is driven by strong communication, responsiveness, education, training, and ongoing partner engagement.

The position currently works extensively with the Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare system, while also supporting expansion across additional healthcare organizations and channels.

  • Stay informed on trends within behavioral health, mental health, and healthcare delivery systems
  • Act as a strategic liaison between healthcare partners and our product team, translating field feedback into actionable product and service improvements
  • Monitor and analyze partnership health metrics, identifying accounts with low utilization and implementing targeted 're-engagement' strategies to drive adoption
  • Navigate the unique logistical and administrative workflows of Healthcare systems to ensure seamless clinician support, logistics, and onboarding

Recommended Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience as an account manager, customer success manager, clinician, or in a role working with clinicians

  • Experience in healthcare account management, customer success, provider relations, clinical outreach, or healthcare partnerships preferred
  • Clinical background or experience within mental health/behavioral health preferred
  • Working knowledge of healthcare provider organizations, Federal health systems, or the VA’s healthcare workflows is a significant plus
