Role Description

We are seeking full-time CNC Lathe and Mill Operators for an on-site position located in Chesterfield, MI. The role involves operating CNC lathes and mills, performing precision machining, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently. Operators will collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain safety and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and efficient handling of CNC lathes and mills
• Knowledge of Machining and Milling processes
• Experience with Quality Control practices to ensure precise and high-quality output
• Understanding of general Machinery maintenance and operations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience working in a manufacturing or machining environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a plus
