As part of our continued growth, Adaptalift Group has recently been appointed as a major national dealer for JCB construction, agricultural and industrial equipment in Australia. This partnership combines our national footprint with JCB’s globally recognised product range and loyal following in the construction and earthmoving sectors.
This significant growth now presents us with the opportunity to secure the leadership and sales finesse of a State Sales Manager to play a formative role in growing our JCB division in NSW.
What You Will Be Doing
- Team Leadership: Build, lead and coach the NSW sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets across the JCB construction, industrial and agricultural equipment portfolio.
- Business Development and Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities, grow accounts and build long-term relationships across construction, earthmoving, civil, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
- Strategic Sales Management: Drive sales strategy, pipeline development, pricing, margins and forecasting while monitoring competitor activity and market opportunities.
- Customer and OEM Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with JCB Australia and JCB UK to support overall sales growth and dealership success
We are particularly interested in candidates from mechanically grounded sales backgrounds, including:
- Construction equipment sales
- Earthmoving equipment sales
- Capital equipment or machinery sales
- Industrial equipment or heavy equipment sales
- Agricultural machinery sales
- Materials handling equipment sales
- Strong business development and account management capability
- Experience developing sales strategies and managing pipelines
- Commercial acumen across pricing, margins and budgeting
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders
