The Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Project Consultant (Account Manager) to join our Sydney sales team. You will work closely with key clients and industry professionals to represent our premium product ranges and grow our brand presence across New South Wales.
This is a full-time, client-facing role suited to someone who loves design, thrives on building relationships, and enjoys being part of a high-performing and supportive team.
What You Will Do
- Represent INSTYLE's product portfolio in client meetings and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships specifically but not limited to furniture manufacturers and suppliers architects, designersmanufacturers and end users.
- Drive specification and manage projects from initial contact through to securing orders
- Provide technical advice, pricing, tenders, and installation guidance.
- Maintain sample libraries and ensure clients have up-to-date resources.
- Work collaboratively with your New South Wales sales team to meet shared sales targets.
- Keep project and client data updated in our CRM system.
- Share market insights and competitor feedback with management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client functions (some outside regular business hours).
- Support in-showroom activities.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in the architecture, interior design and commercial furniture industry.
- Strong understanding of the specification process and commercial project cycles.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients with professionalism.
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Professional presentation and confidence in client-facing roles.
- A proactive, team-focused attitude and genuine passion for design.
- A current New South Wales driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Full working rights in Australia.
