- As part of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management team you will analyze complex business issues and manage assigned workstreams to deliver exceptional client solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will mentor junior team members, uphold professional standards, and navigate ambiguity to facilitate project execution.

- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud preferred
- Hands-on experience with Multi GAAP and Multi currency applications preferred
- Proficiency in understanding business requirements for HFM and FCCS preferred
- Experience in building prototypes and leading testing activities preferred
- Knowledge of EPMA & Classic application preferred
- Understanding of Hyperion Suite dependencies preferred
- Experience in creating Financial Reports/Narrative Reporting preferred
- Ability to lead projects and manage cross competency work preferred
- Understanding of Escalation/Risk management preferred
