About This Role:
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our LATAM Account Management team in São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid).
At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us to strengthen our Account Management team and to drive the growth of our commercial partnerships in the Brazilian and Mexican markets across our Cashback, Community and Voucher verticals, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. As a key part of our team, you’ll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Drive partner growth by acting as a strategic advisor, negotiating long-term agreements, and strengthening key client relationships.
- Translate performance data into actionable strategy, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable results.
- Collaborate with internal product, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver impactful partner solutions and represent Atolls at industry events.
- Lead reporting on partner performance, communicating results to ensure alignment with client objectives and internal growth strategies.
- Take ownership of special initiatives to strengthen team expertise and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
We’re looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or commercial account management, ideally with previous experience working with the Mexican market.
Technical Skills:
- Affiliate marketing knowledge is a plus.
- Experience translating complex data into actionable insights.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic storytelling and a consultative mindset.
- Structured problem-solving and clear prioritization.
- Collaborative force-multiplier, eager to share insights and elevate the team.
- Proactive and execution-focused, with a desire to take ownership.
Language requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
