Position: Account Executive – Commerce

As part of a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, digital, and client services to drive performance and unlock commercial value. This is an opportunity to build strong client partnerships while shaping the future of online retail.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Coordination: Support the Account Manager in managing day-to-day client communications, ensuring requests are actioned and followed through efficiently. Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
Account Operations: Maintain visibility of account activity, ensuring updates, actions, and timelines are tracked and delivered. Support in preparing client materials, reports, and status updates.
Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring KPIs and performance metrics, helping to compile regular reports and flagging any risks or inconsistencies to the Account Manager.
Client Onboarding Support: Support onboarding of new clients onto ecommerce platforms, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and structured setup.
Issue & Escalation Handling: Manage day-to-day queries and minor escalations, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Escalate more complex challenges appropriately.
Change Requests: Support the coordination of change requests, ensuring documentation is accurate and approvals are tracked.
Data & Reporting Support: Work with data to support client reporting, gathering insights and helping to identify trends in ecommerce performance.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including digital, trading, and tech to ensure client deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Experience in account coordination, customer success, or client-facing roles (ecommerce/digital preferred)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Eagerness to learn and develop within ecommerce
