Amwins is seeking unique and collaborative individuals to join our lively Client Services Team. These individuals will be given the opportunity to learn and develop various skills that will assist the Amwins Client Services Team throughout processing.

Each member of the Client Services Team is a vital part of our success, providing:
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Data entry into multiple internet-based systems
  • Prepare and maintain documentation based on approved requests and established guidelines
  • Review and process service changes or updates with attention to accuracy and completeness
  • Apply foundational understanding of insurance and underwriting principles to support decision-making and ensure alignment with business intent
  • Follow internal procedures and compliance standards to ensure consistent, quality outcomes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and support smooth workflows
  • Manage workload and priorities to meet turnaround expectations and support overall service delivery
  • Use Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Answer incoming calls to the department for designated Customer Service teams

We are looking for people with:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years insurance experience or B.A. in Insurance or Risk Management is preferred
  • Full understanding and application of concepts, practices and procedures related to insurance
  • Strong written/verbal communication and math skills
  • Advanced computer skills including typing proficiency, Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on ability to use Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to interact/develop relationships at all levels both internally and externally
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Good organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to resolve moderately complex problems while performing under immediate to general supervision
