Your Tasks
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts for the Eucerin brand (pharmacy chains, distributors, individual pharmacies) in an omnichannel model covering both brick-and-mortar pharmacies and e-commerce.
- Developing and implementing customer strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Leading annual negotiations with key clients.
- Monitoring and analyzing the pharmaceutical market to identify new sales opportunities and implementing appropriate actions.
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Medical teams to build the brand’s expert positioning and align action plans.
- Representing the company at conferences, trade fairs, and industry meetings.
- Cooperating with the field sales team and cross-functional departments (Finance, Logistics).
- Several years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry; experience working with pharmacy chains is a strong asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management.
- Experience in the FMCG sector will be an additional advantage.
- Good command of English (mandatory).
- Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
