Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gilbert, AZ, for a Commercial Account Manager. In this role, you will manage and grow client relationships by providing consulting, support, and tailored solutions across financial, insurance, and business management domains. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to identify needs, coordinating with in-house departments to deliver integrated solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups. You will also contribute to business development initiatives, track client progress, and assist in problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Account Management, Client Relations, and Business Consulting
• Experience in Financial and Insurance solutions, including strategies for business optimization
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills
• Proficiency with CRM software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in a consulting or account management role preferred
