Dyson has set a regional office for Southeast Asia in Singapore. The Singapore office will provide the vision and strategy to Dyson’s business in Southeast Asia, covering key markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, and growth/new markets such as Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

This role supports the Key Account Management team in the Singapore market by managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring sales volume and profit targets are met ethically and effectively. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop and execute sales plans, support promotional activities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of growing retail or distribution accounts, supporting overall sales and profit growth.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned accounts to understand their needs and drive mutual success.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives in line with Dyson’s strategy.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, and promotional effectiveness for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, stock delivery, and issue resolution.
- Support the execution of both sell-in and sell-out strategies to meet sales targets.
- Assist in retail product listings and execution of in-store marketing initiatives in collaboration with Dyson and retailer marketing teams.
- Ensure pricing strategies are followed and contribute to profitability across SKUs.
- Track and follow up on accounts receivable (A/R) for assigned accounts.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Key Account Manager(s) as needed.
- Contribute to accurate sales forecasting and planning processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development and/or opening new accounts - ideally within department stores in Singapore (e.g. Tangs, Sephora, Takashimaya)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in consumer goods or retail/travel retail industry is a plus.
