Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Farmington Hills, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support the sales process and serving as a key liaison between technical teams and clients. Daily responsibilities include assisting with client installations, conducting technical demonstrations, assisting with technical support, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. A strong focus on understanding customer requirements and providing technical insights is essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering processes
- Laptop/Desktop and Windows Admin Skills
- Strong Technical Support skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Experience in Sales and a customer-centric approach to delivering solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build client relationships
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, digital authentication, or related technology sectors is a plus
- Technical degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field preferred
- RMM Tool and Powershell experience preferred
