- Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term C-suite and key account partnerships.
- Sales Operations: Forecasting, pipeline management, CRM optimization, and proposal turnaround.
- Market Analysis: Track trends, competitor activity, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide actionable insights and performance updates to executive leadership.
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 7–10+ years in enterprise sales or recurring revenue environments (security or technology preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to scale revenue and lead high-performing teams.
- Flexibility in work schedule may be required depending upon the client's needs.
- Travel within North America may be required subject to client needs.
- Ability and willingness to work occasionally outside of regular business hours.
- Sales Leadership – Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams
- Strategic Thinking – Skilled in market analysis, regional planning, and competitive positioning
- Consultative Selling – Expertise in solution-based sales and building long-term client relationships
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Comfortable using KPIs and CRM tools to drive performance
- Communication & Influence – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with construction, security technology, or custom B2B services
- Change Leadership – Experience leading teams through growth, transformation, or new market entry
