This role is a great fit for an experienced Commercial Lines professional who wants autonomy over their book, a fast-paced environment, and the backing of a national brokerage with a local, entrepreneurial feel.
What you'd be doing:
You'll manage an assigned book of commercial lines business — handling policy changes, renewals, endorsements, proposals, and day-to-day client support. The work is a mix of maintaining strong retention on existing accounts and growing revenue through cross-selling and new business. You'll be the go-to resource for your clients on coverage questions, billing, audits, claims coordination, and more.
What we're looking for:
• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
• Oregon and Washington P&C License (or ability to obtain)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Compensation & Schedule:
• $70,000–$75,000 (with room above for the right candidate)
• The first 90–180 days will be in-office at our Bend or Medford location to get fully ramped up, then you'll transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)
