Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships and drive complex, high-value sales processes in Israel and international markets.

This role goes beyond traditional account management. It combines commercial leadership, strategic execution, and end-to-end deal ownership across large-scale energy storage projects.


Your Mission

  • Drive significant revenue growth through strategic account development
  • Lead complex negotiations and close utility-scale ESS deals
  • Build long-term partnerships with top-tier developers, IPPs, and investors
  • Strengthen HyperStrong’s position as a Tier-1 global ESS provider


Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership

  • Own full sales cycle: from origination to contract signing and payment collection
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations for large-scale ESS projects
  • Deliver against ambitious sales targets and pipeline goals


Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers in Israel and Europe
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients across technical, commercial, and strategic topics
  • Expand business within existing accounts and open new strategic opportunities


Pipeline & Market Development

  • Identify new opportunities across utility-scale storage, hybrid projects, and new markets
  • Build and manage a strong, forward-looking pipeline aligned with company growth targets
  • Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market developments


Cross-Functional Execution

  • Coordinate closely with engineering, legal, finance, and HQ teams in China
  • Ensure smooth internal alignment to support deal execution and delivery
  • Support tender submissions, RFPs, and project structuring


Leadership & Representation

  • Mentor junior team members and support scaling of the local commercial team
  • Represent HyperStrong in industry events, conferences, and client meetings


Your Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in energy storage, solar, or infrastructure
  • Proven track record closing large-scale, complex deals (multi-million USD)
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with international teams and HQ structures
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (additional languages an advantage)
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
