We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Content Developer to join a leading automotive team supporting the development of mechanical service procedures and technical repair documentation across multiple vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and author technical service procedures for Chassis, HVAC, Powertrain, Body, Interior, and Exterior systems

• Create and maintain automotive service documentation and repair content

• Use Teamcenter, Vis Mockup, and Arbortext to develop technical publications and graphics from engineering math data

• Edit and manage publication content by section, subsection, and information type

• Collaborate with global teams to resolve content ownership and engineering data issues

• Support process improvements, product enhancements, and documentation quality initiatives

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders

Required Skills:

✔ Experience in automotive technical documentation or service information development

✔ Strong knowledge of mechanical automotive systems

✔ Hands-on experience with Teamcenter, Vis Mockup, and Arbortext

✔ Ability to interpret engineering/math data and convert it into technical procedures

✔ Excellent written communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• OEM automotive experience

• Experience supporting global engineering or publication teams

• Knowledge of service repair procedures and technical authoring standards
