At Cheil, we are looking for an Account Executive to support the coordination and delivery of multi-market digital campaigns across Europe. This role is focused on managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and aligning campaign execution with both global strategies and local market needs.
The Account Executive will play a key role in project management, working closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, media, and operations, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assets. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, international environment.
We are seeking someone with experience in account management or project coordination within agency settings, ideally with exposure to international clients and centralized (CoE) models. Strong communication skills in English, a solid understanding of digital ecosystems, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are essential to succeed in this role.
✔️ Your role at Cheil: Account Executive
✔️ Responsabilities:
- Client relationship support: Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with international clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely responses, and high service standards. Support understanding of client needs and business objectives.
- Multi-market project coordination: Coordinate the execution of D2C campaigns across different European markets, ensuring alignment with global strategy while adapting deliverables to local market requirements.
- Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including creative, production, media, and operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets and campaign materials.
- Project management & delivery: Manage timelines, track deliverables, follow up on pending actions, and ensure projects move efficiently through all stages within the CoE model.
- Process excellence: Follow established workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality of delivery.
✔️ Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in account management or project coordination within advertising, digital, or creative agencies. Experience in CoE models or centralized hubs is a plus.
- Experience working with international clients or multi-market projects, with understanding of multicultural and multilingual environments.
- Familiarity with digital campaigns and understanding of digital ecosystems, creative formats, and platform requirements (social, display, video, CRM, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher). Additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-service attitude.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with project management tools (Jira) and collaboration / automation tools.
