About the role
We are launching a Strategic Sales segment in the Americas, focused on a select group of high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation opportunities.
This role will serve as the founding Strategic seller, owning a small number of named enterprise accounts while helping build and scale the segment over time.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused enterprise sales role operating at the highest level of deal complexity. You will lead executive engagement, drive multi-year platform pursuits, and help define what great strategic selling looks like within the organisation.
The role is based in the New York / New Jersey region and requires regular travel to support executive engagement and enterprise deals.
What you will do
- Own and close complex, multi-quarter and multi-year enterprise sales cycles across a defined set of strategic accounts
- Develop and execute detailed account strategies, including stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, and expansion planning
- Drive disciplined qualification across high-value opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting on long-cycle, high-visibility deals
- Lead executive-level engagements, including CxO discussions and events
- Act as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams (Solutions, Services, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Finance)
- Lead internal deal strategy sessions and executive reviews
- Generate pipeline through targeted outreach, partner collaboration, and account-based strategies
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
- Mentor senior sales colleagues on complex enterprise pursuits
- Partner with Sales Operations to refine forecasting and segmentation approaches
- Support hiring and onboarding as the Strategic segment grows
- Progress into a leadership role as the segment scales
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in complex environments
- Track record of closing high-value enterprise deals ($1M+ ACV)
- Experience managing and achieving large revenue targets ($2M+ ARR)
- Strong experience selling into large global organisations (Fortune 500 / Global 2000)
- Executive-level engagement skills with senior technology stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, etc.)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline in an outbound-led environment
- Strong skills in navigating complex organisations and multi-threaded deals
- Experience mentoring or influencing senior sales professionals
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and commercial teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Background in data, analytics, or AI platforms
