- Must bring in a strong book of business with local clientele.
- This is a well-respected, full-service restoration company specializing in mitigation, contents/pack-outs, and reconstruction, with a strong and growing recon department.
- On-site role with local travel to meet clients and build relationships.
- Role is primarily business development with limited estimating responsibilities.
- Looking for a mix of business development and light estimating, with a strong focus on relationship building.
- Must be comfortable guiding customers through the insurance process.
- Ideal candidate will serve as an insurance expert and trusted advisor for clients.
- Experience with restoration, construction, or home services strongly preferred.
- Someone who is highly tech-forward.
- Very autonomous role-company provides a laptop, gas card, debit card, toll tag, and a monthly stipend to manage your territory independently.
- Open to candidates bringing relationships from any source-all relationships are commission-eligible.
- Strong people skills, grit, integrity, and a self-starter mentality are essential.
- Competitive base salary with $150k+ earning potential
- Commission begins after hitting a set threshold and is uncapped
- Referral fees with top-percentage payouts (including incentives)
