LOCATION: 99% REMOTE or if located in Iowa – 2 days / Month in office. OTHERWISE 100% REMOTE with work / life balance – 2 ½ day weekends .

SALARY: TOTAL COMPENSATION IS HIGH - $160 - $190K – depending on city you live in! Up to $150K base PLUS 15% annual BONUS + ESOP Employee Stock Option Program that pays out MILLIONS of dollars at RETIREMENT - EXCELLENT PROFIT SHARING PROGRAM!

• Technical GO -TO PERSON for 5+ agile teams to design, develop, and deliver Salesforce-centric BEST PRACTICE solutions.
• Translate USER STORIES into SFDC features
• APEX Code reviews!
• GO-TO PERSON developing Salesforce Solutions and making architecture recommendations between enterprise architects and development teams to ensure User Stories align with Salesforce best solutions & overall strategy
• COMPLEXITY: work in a complex Salesforce environment with MULTIPLE DIVERSE SALESFORCE ORG'S.
• CERTIFICATIONS: SALESFORCE App Platform Builder OR SALESFORCE Developer Cert's OR SALESFORCE Architecture Cert's.
• KEY: DevOps skills! Craft deployment strategies
• Maintain metadata consistency and develop scalable data architecture
• Maintain BEST PRACTICE development standards, mitigate risks, and build smooth DevOps practices.
• WHAT TECH SKILLS YOU NEED TO GET AN INTERVIEW:
• Expertise working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud / FSC or Service Cloud.
• APEX Salesforce Coding, LWC, & Declarative Tools workflows/flows.
• .Agentforce AI experience
• Data Cloud is a PLUS!
• Familiarity with Platform Event Architecture (Pub/Sub frameworks).
• Exposure to DevOps best practices and deployments !
• Have to have tech depth with Salesforce data storage and APi LIMITS!
• Experience working with integration tools like MuleSoft and/or Confluent Kafka
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field is preferred.
