About The Team

The Public Transport team at Warwickshire is currently undergoing a change thanks to additional funding from DfT. We are seeing increased investment in public transport which means this is an exciting time to join us and be part of this positive change. We are investing in bus stop infrastructure upgrades, software procurement and staff recruitment to support the new ways of working.

About The Role

You will work alongside another Network Planning Officer and together, you will review and plan the Warwickshire public transport (PT) Network, attend meetings and apply for any available funding streams to help support the network. You will be part of the wider PT team which is currently made up of 5 PT officers, and 4 Concessionary Travel officers. You will report directly to the PT Service Manager.

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Public Transport sector
  • Routing and Scheduling knowledge
  • Knowledge of funding schemes available (DfT, Developer, etc..)
  • Excellent planning and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other database

Additional Information
