Our vision is to build a 5-star global GTM talent agency, and a key part of that journey is expanding into the US market.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Principal / Lead US GTM Recruiter to spearhead our expansion into the US.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll:
- Lead and grow our presence in the New York GTM market
- Play a key role in launching and scaling the AEs of New York community
- Partner with leadership to define and execute our US go-to-market hiring strategy
- Build Unicorn into a recognised and trusted GTM recruitment brand in the US
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive GTM recruitment across the US market (with a key focus on Account Executive hiring)
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and GTM talent in New York
- Lead business development efforts and win new partnerships in the US
- Launch and grow community initiatives (e.g. AEs of New York)
- Collaborate with internal leadership on US expansion strategy
- Mentor and support future team growth in the region
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in GTM / Sales recruitment (ideally at Senior, Principal, or Lead level)
- Strong track record of billing and/or building client relationships
- Deep understanding of US GTM hiring markets (New York experience highly desirable)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something from the ground up
- Passion for community building and brand-led recruitment
- Willingness to travel regularly to the US
