The role
As a Platform Engineer, you'll play a vital role in the development and operation of Developer Portals and Selfservice Environments for our clients in the financial services sector. You will be involved in the customization and integration of best-of-breed tools, helping to deliver an outstanding user experience that simplifies development processes.
How You’ll Make Impact
- Collaborate with our team to customize and integrate tools for our client's unique needs.
- Assist in managing service operations, ensuring a high level of availability and performance.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Support our team in maintaining the security and compliance.
- Continually seek ways to improve our platform, processes, and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in software development and DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containers, infrastructure as code).
- Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing solutions in Azure.
- Expert in Terraform, Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Ideally you have experience in software development with Python.
- Familiarity with a range of development tools and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and a dedication to quality.
- You are business fluent in German and English.
