Now, we’re looking for a motivated Junior Key Account Manager DACH (m/f/d) to join our Sales team. 🚀

Whether you’re a recent graduate 🎓 or already gained some first practical experience through internships, working student roles or a first job — this is a great opportunity to start your career in Key Account Management and learn from experienced colleagues in an international environment. 🌍

From day one, you’ll be part of real customer projects, support well-known retail partners across the DACH region and gradually take ownership of your own accounts. 🤝

What you’ll do 💼

As part of our Sales team, you’ll work closely with experienced Key Account Managers and support the development of our retail customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

You’ll help prepare customer meetings and presentations, analyze sales performance 📊 and support exciting product launches and promotions. ✨ Step by step, you’ll learn how successful customer management works and grow into taking responsibility for your own accounts.

Your tasks will include:

• Supporting the management of key retail customers across the DACH region 🤝
• Preparing presentations, reports and meeting materials 📑
• Analyzing sales figures, KPIs, pricing and promotions 📈
• Supporting forecasting and commercial planning processes
• Coordinating product launches, listings and promotional activities 🚀
• Monitoring market trends, competitors and retailer developments 🔍
• Working closely with teams like Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance 👥
• Gradually taking ownership of smaller customer accounts 🌱

What you bring 🌟

What helps you succeed in this role:

• A degree in Business, Economics or a similar field 🎓
• First practical experience through internships, working student jobs or entry-level roles in Sales, Retail, E-Commerce or Account Management is a plus
• Interest in Sales, customer relationships and commercial topics 💬
• A structured and proactive way of working
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers 📊
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset 🤝
• Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment 🚀
• Fluent German and good English skills 🇩🇪🇬🇧
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint 💻
