Whitley Recruiting Partners (WRP) is recruiting 5 Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to work for a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that has raised over $200m in Venture Capital funding and is offering equity, a $50k starting salary, $65k salary after 6 months, and a clear path into promotion into AE or AM within 12 months.
Our client's revenue has grown 100% year-over-year in both 2024 and 2025 so this is a unique opportunity to earn valuable equity in a company determined and destined to sell to an acquirer or IPO in the medium-term future.
SDR's will make 70 outbound cold-calls per day and be paired with a single Account Executive to establish new business pipeline within 150 'named accounts'.
Office requirement are 3 days/week in-office in downtown Raleigh on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are fully-remote.
