- Total Compensation: $250k-$320k CAD per year (negotiable)

Role Overview:
The Implementation Account Executive is responsible for selling WMS, OMS, and TMS implementation programs across enterprise platforms such as Manhattan, SAP, Oracle etc.
This role focuses on structured program-based revenue including platform rollouts, deployment programs, and transformation execution.
The AE must understand implementation risk, program economics, and delivery capacity.
Mandate:
- Drive implementation revenue
- Sell structured platform deployment programs
- Ensure alignment with delivery capacity
- Protect program economics
- 8+ years selling enterprise platform implementations
- Experience with Manhattan, SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder ecosystems
- Strong program-level commercial acumen
- Ability to manage complex RFP processes
- Sell WMS / OMS / TMS rollout programs
- Position FIQ as certified delivery partner
- Manage multi-stakeholder procurement cycles
- Align scope with delivery team
- Ensure realistic timelines and resource planning
- Protect delivery margin and execution viability
- Expand implementations across sites or regions
- Identify follow-on phases
- Hand off advisory or integration opportunities where relevant
- Align with implementation delivery leaders
- Understand platform certifications, partner positioning, and capacity
- Identify immediate rollout opportunities
- Map procurement cycles within territory
- Generate qualified implementation pipeline
- Lead structured RFP responses
- Close pilot or rollout engagements
- Improve forecast discipline
- Demonstrate measurable implementation bookings
- Build balanced pipeline across platforms
- Establish expansion motion for multi-site rollouts
- Deliver 12-month implementation revenue roadmap
- Implementation bookings
- Margin adherence (in coordination with Practice Leader)
