Personal Line Account Manager

About the Company: We are a large brokerage located in Vaughan, and we are currently looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Personal Lines Account Manager to grow with our team.

About the Role: If you have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Licensed Account Manager / CSR, RIBO or OTL licensed for at least 5 years+ and have a desire to continue their insurance career in a highly energetic and positive environment.

Responsibilities: • The successful candidate must have strong work ethic and organization skills, be a team player have ability to work in a fast-paced insurance brokerage. • Above average service and computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • EPIC Broker Management System, Applied Rating services and the company portals would be an asset.

Qualifications: • RIBO license (active) • OTL License (willing to convert to RIBO) • University Degree or College Diploma • CAIB, CPIB or CIP designation (or working toward it) would be nice to have

Required Skills: • Minimum of 5+ years experience in Personal Lines while holding a RIBO license or OTL license • Outstanding relationship building and client service • Proficient in EPIC, various insurance company portals and Microsoft Office • Strong organizational, time management, prioritizing • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Effective written and verbal communication.

Pay range and compensation for this role is $65,000 -$76,000.
