We are looking for a senior Account Executive with full account ownership and the ability to develop the entire Atos portfolio in an integrated manner.
Role Mission
The Account Sales Executive is responsible for developing a strategic Tier-1 insurance account in Spain and is accountable for business growth across the Atos portfolio. This role is the account owner, leading the commercial strategy, executive relationship management, and coordinating Atos' capabilities and offerings to maximise client value and sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Account Strategy for a leading insurance company, with a cross-portfolio development focus.
- Act as the single point of commercial accountability for the account, owning revenue, pipeline, and overall performance.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships (C-level and first-line leaders across Business, IT, Operations, and Transformation).
- Identify, structure, and close complex opportunities that combine multiple Atos portfolio lines, including: Digital transformation, Infrastructure modernisation and operations, Cloud & legacy transformation, Data & analytics, Cybersecurity, AI & automation, Outsourcing and managed services.
- Orchestrate internal teams (industry experts, delivery, pre-sales, partners, and global teams) to build integrated proposals — not isolated solutions.
- Ensure alignment among commercial strategy, sold scope, and delivery execution to protect margins and client satisfaction.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across all portfolio domains.
- Position Atos as a strategic end-to-end partner, not a single-capability provider.
- Promote high-value-added initiatives (executive workshops, innovation sessions, co-creation programs) as growth accelerators.
Required Experience:
- 10–15 years of experience in complex B2B sales within IT services, system integration, or managed services.
- Proven experience developing strategic accounts in the insurance sector.
- Demonstrated ability to sell and manage broad service portfolios — not isolated point solutions.
- Track record in multi-year transformation programs and long-term contracts.
